Pros 4 Technology is a rapidly growing Managed IT Service Provider serving small to medium sized businesses in South Eastern Wisconsin. We are currently seeking a qualified, motivated person to join our team as a full-time Help Desk Level 1 Technician. Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
  • Respond to customer service tickets and to alerts monitor dashboard
  • Support Office 365 and Google G-Suite domains
  • Install, configure, and update various software packages including the Office suite
  • Troubleshoot network and/or local printer problems
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Windows operating systems
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server
  • Use of Active Directory to create and manage domain users
  • Wipe and install Windows OS and hardware test PC’s
  • Assist other team members with setup and delivery of PC’s or other projects at customerlocations as needed

Candidate Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes
  • Demonstrate effective written, verbal, and technical communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Windows: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
